The 8800 Series is a 1.27 mm pitch board-to-board connector.
The 8800 Series is a 1.27 mm pitch board-to-board connector. It is available in straight and right-angle types, with or without fixing clips, and also with power contacts.
Contact
Features
- Completely independent two-point contact maintains stable contact at all times.
- Surface contact achieves a low insertion and withdrawal force, contributing to better contact durability.
- Plug and receptacle have same contact shapes, enabling significant cost reduction through shared use of molds and reduced material costs.
- Contact points move alternatingly in the self-cleaning mating process, which removes films and stains from the contact surface to prevent conduction failure.
- Pin-housed housing structure is resistant to prying to prevent deformation of the contact part due to erroneous operation or accidents beyond human control.
- Connection method: Stacked/horizontal/vertical mating
- Number of contacts: 20, 26, 30, 32, 34, 40, 50, 52, 60, 68, 80, and 100
