The 8900 Series is a 1.27 mm pitch, low-profile, board-to-board connector.
The 8900 Series is a 1.27 mm pitch, low-profile, board-to-board connector. Straight and right angle types are available. The straight type has five variations of height ranging from 7 mm to 12 mm. It is also available with or without a metal hook.

Features
- Surface contact enables low insertion/removal force and the highly reliable design secures contact force and trailing capability.
- Guide mechanism enables smooth mating.
- Insulator structure that protects from three directions prevents contact deformation.
- PPS is used for the insulator material to ensure heat resistance.
- Audible "click" enables more secure mating.
- Available in two types, with and without flanges.
- Right angle type has a three-rowed tail contact that improves mounting density.
- Number of contacts: 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, and 120
- Stack height: 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 mm
